Ingredients:
1 1/3c All Propose Flour
1 T Baking Powder
2 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
3 ea Eggs
1 1/3c Ricotta
¼ tsp Vanilla
Procedure:
Combine all dry ingredients together. In separate bowl mix together ricotta, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add dry mix to egg mix until cohesive. Let hydrate for 30 minutes then ball and fry at 350 f.
