We are pleased to announce that Allora will be returning to dine-in service beginning Friday, June 19th!
We have been eagerly waiting for the opportunity to host you in our dining room once again. Over the past few months, we have worked closely with Family Meal Sacramento and Great Plates Delivered to feed our community, while at the same time making some improvements to Allora that we hope you’ll love!
We want you to feel as welcome and safe in Allora as you would in the comfort of your own home, so we have made some adjustments.
We have eliminated over half of our seating capacity, utilizing custom-made room dividers and far fewer tables to create social distance in our intimate dining room. To further ensure your safety, our staff will be masked, we will be performing regular temperature checks, and we will have hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant for your convenience.
All of our menus will be single-use and wax sealed with the intention that they will be used only by you. Our award-winning wine list will be offered on iPads sanitized after each guest and available for download to your personal device.
Our new vision for Allora will embrace a “less is more” attitude. With fewer tables and fewer available reservations each night, we will strive for greater attention to detail and provide more attention to you, our guest.
Our new prix-fixe menu will allow us to create an epicure an experience with a greater focus on single-thread sourcing and local purveyors. This new menu will feature a choice of three, four, or five courses. Additional supplements such as Passmore Ranch caviar and seasonal offerings like Italian truffles and wild foraged mushrooms will also be available to the discerning palate. Our team of Sommeliers, led by Elizabeth-Rose, will offer custom wine pairings and nightly themed flights to complement our Italian inspired cocktails.
Every detail of this new dining experience has been revised, modified, and scrutinized to assure your safety while celebrating our love of Italian seafood and great wine. We cannot wait to welcome you back into our home so we can enjoy the beauty of Allora together.

We maintain a 72 hour cancellation policy of $85/person, which will be returned to you in the form of a gift card to use at your leisure another time.

Our goal at Allora is to deliver the highest quality culinary experience in Sacramento. 100% of this service fee goes directly to the heart and soul of our restaurants, our cooks and dishwashers. The back of house staff works long hours, day in and day out, to hone their craft and that skill is evident on every plate we serve our guests. We believe that this fee is the most transparent and effective method to offer our BOH staff exceptional compensation for exceptional work.
